Soflex? BT25800 is a soft composite material formed by coating both sides of a polyimide film with a binder and an alkali-free glass cloth, and then impregnating the H-grade resin at a low temperature and semi-curing.

Basic characteristics

1. Better heat resistance and good dielectric and mechanical properties.

2. It can be cured at low temperature and can be firmly bonded to the metal surface.

4. Compatible with most rubbers, resins and paints.

Applications

Applicable to Class H dry-type transformers as interlayer insulation, Class H motors as inter-slot insulation, turn-to-turn insulation and gasket insulation.

Storage advice

1. Store in a dry, clean room at room temperature.

2. Must not be near fire, heating and direct sunlight

3. The storage period is generally 3~6 months. If it exceeds the storage period, it can still be used according to the technical standards.
